Prosper Portland has plans to renovate the 910 Building, located at 910 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. across from the Oregon Convention Center, into a Food Hall event space with an adjacent food cart pod on the east side of the lot.
An RFP for a CM/GC (Construction Manager/General Contractor) will be issued in early March to ensure the General Contracting team is engaged during the Construction Documents (CD) phase. There will be a mandatory pre-bid in March, and the team will be chosen in April. Construction is scheduled to begin in September of this year.
The scope of work includes:
- Major renovation of the west building
- Demolition of significant structural elements on the east side, retaining only portions of the northeast roof and essential structural framework
- Infrastructure development to support a food cart pod on the southeast section of the lot
Prosper Portland anticipates opening the Food Hall in July 2027.
