Description
Replace the existing Beaverton School District Transportation Maintenance Facility with a new 13,000 SF single-level building. Relocate propane fueling station. Add stormwater controlling detention pond, replace fencing and make improvements at the site entrance.
A non-mandatory prebid meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 4th at 8:00am at the project location, 10420 SW Allen Blvd., Beaverton, OR 97005. It is highly encouraged that abatement and demo contractors attend this meeting to familiarize themselves with existing conditions.
