Project Description
TriMet is seeking a contractor to provide asphalt seal coating, striping, and related maintenance services at various TriMet facilities on an as-needed basis. The contractor must supply all labor, materials, and equipment, using products that meet specified industry standards. An anticipated schedule of facilities will be included for planning purposes, though actual work will be assigned through individual task orders at TriMet’s discretion.
Scope of services includes asphalt repairs, two-coat seal applications, crack sealing, surface preparation, and removal of old striping. Striping work must follow strict guidelines, using approved marking paints and ensuring straight, uniform lines with no visible old markings. Contractors must coordinate work schedules with TriMet, properly store and handle materials, and ensure safe disposal or recycling of waste.
