J.E. Dunn Construction Company Public Plan Room
Renovation of an existing 88,000 SF warehouse on Swan Island into a fleet maintenance facility for the City of
Portland. The project will consist of fleet maintenance bays with new and existing vehicle lifts and equipment,
renovation of interior office space, and site improvements. Construction is anticipated to start late Q1 2026 with
a 15-month duration. This project will follow all RWEA and CDIP requirements.
