Bremik – Holcomb Elementary School

Project Description:

The project includes selective interior renovations, construction of a new cafeteria and kitchen addition with associated site improvements, ADA and restroom upgrades, new lighting and low-voltage systems, new fire sprinkler and HVAC systems, a new roof, and other selective site enhancements. 

BOLI commercial prevailing wage rates are a requirement for this project.

How to Submit a Bid:

Review all provided bid materials. Fill out the Bid Form provided and attach it to your proposal on company letterhead with your bid, clarifications, assumptions and exclusions, and combine into a single .PDF packet.
