Furnish and install complete primer and epoxy coating systems at structures MH-11, MH-12, ST-08, and ST-09, Surface preparation and substrate restoration per specs and manufacturer requirements, surface repair required for coating (bug holes, form fins, irregularities, joints, etc.), Protection of adjacent work (masking/protection from blasting, overspray, etc.), Confined space entry (Competent Person, entrance and exit procedures, equipment, emergency rescue procedures, personal protective equipment, fall protection, retrieval equipment, respiratory protection, gas monitoring, etc.), Ventilation (ensure proper ventilation for removal of accumulated gases, forced-air ventilation system, area preparation requirements, gas monitoring, etc.), Access and rigging (Competent Person for Cranes and Rigging, equipment, emergency evacuation procedures, etc.), Quality control (manufacturer’s certifications and materials conformance documents, surface preparation quality control, application condition quality control, application quality control, applicator qualifications, daily application conditions records and quality control inspection reports, etc.), Cleanup, waste handling, and disposal.
