Project Description
The CCAW will be a 39,065 square foot facility situated in the heart of Catlin Gabel’s 67-acre campus. This state-of-the-art center will feature a mass timber construction, highlighting both sustainability and modern design. It will include a gymnasium, athletic support spaces, fitness, training, alumni, food service and concessions. The facility is designed to accommodate up to 1,700 people, making it suitable for a variety of community events and competitions.
The project also includes landscaping that incorporates a plaza for social gatherings and new parking areas. The CCAW aims to serve as a vibrant community hub that promotes health, wellness, and connection among students, staff, parents, and alumni.
