IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT!
The City of Portland would like to remind Partners that the City’s e-procurement system, BuySpeed, is being retired and will be replaced by SAP Ariba, which will go live on March 2, 2026. Helpful links are being shared for Members and clients. Work sessions are being offered for businesses that currently hold a contract or are currently bidding, or expect to bid within the next six months, on a City project.
Partners are encouraged to remind their Members and clients that support is available and to begin the process as early as possible. While SAP Ariba will provide an improved system, the registration process may be lengthy and somewhat complex.
In-person work sessions will be held at the Portland Building and NAMC-Oregon, and several Partners have graciously offered their space for additional drop-in sessions. The Procurement team looks forward to supporting all businesses in getting registered and successfully navigating the new system.
