Description
Renovation of an existing 88,000 SF warehouse on Swan Island into a fleet maintenance facility for the City of Portland. The project will consist of fleet maintenance bays with new and existing vehicle lifts and equipment, renovation of interior office space, and site improvements. Bidding on Building Connected.
