On behalf of the Housing Authority of Washington County, the project owner, Walsh Construction Co./Oregon (WCC/OR) is issuing a request for bids from qualified subcontractors for the rehabilitation of an existing hotel (Double Tree) into transitional housing to be operated by the county in partnership with Helping Hands Reentry & Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center.
Walsh Construction encourages firms that are COBID certified to propose on the project. The goal is to achieve at least 20% participation across the project.
