Description: ESB – District 13 Maintenance Facility Deicer Tank Replacement Project
Bid Opening Date: 4/21/2026 2:30:00 PM — **Note, this is when bids are DUE**
ODOT is seeking one (1) certified ESB contractor to remove and dispose of 4 10,000 gallon existing poly deicer tanks; include general excavation, disposal, preparation of a gravel foundation, and delivery and placement 5 new 15,500 gallon storage tanks.
A mandatory Pre Quote conference on April 8, 2026, at 10:00 am, to be held start at La Grande Maintenance at 3014 Island Ave, LaGrande OR, Building E; then will go over to the Elgin Maintenance; the location Enterprise Maintenance Station is optional.
