Only quotes from certified ESB firms will be considered for award of a Contract under this RFCQ. The project involves partial demolition of the site manager’s office on the first floor, as well as flooring, electrical, and framing work for the now-closed crew meeting room. On the second floor, the scope includes replacing existing vinyl tile flooring with carpet, installing a mini-split system, upgrading doors, and adding electrical components.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held March 24, 2026, at 9:30 am. The mandatory meeting will be held at the project location 3700 SE 92nd Ave. Portland, OR 97266.

Key Project Dates: Substantial Completion: 7/15/2026 and Final Completion 8/7/2026
Prevailing Wage Rages: This RFCQ and resulting Contract are subject to the Bureau of Labor and Industries (“BOLI”) prevailing wage rate requirements and the prevailing wage rates and apprenticeship rates in effect as of the date this RFCQ was first advertised, which, while not physically attached, are incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as though fully set forth herein and are referenced and available as follows:
Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts, dated January 5, 2026 as amended February 18, 2026;
PWR Apprenticeship Rates, effective February 18, 2026
