Project Description:
The Project consists of the demolition of all existing buildings and site infrastructure, and the construction of a new two-story, 45-unit multi-family residential development. The proposed development includes a single residential building organized around a shared communal courtyard. Associated site improvements include a playground, surface parking, soccer field, basketball court, and landscaped garden areas. The scope of work includes construction of a detached trash enclosure as well as an onsite mock-up structure that will remain in place and be repurposed as a permanent shade structure.
Scopes of Work Available to Bid:
All scopes of work are available to bid, except for Access Controls & CCTV Cameras Systems as these are Owner Furnished.
