Description
The new Forest Hills Elementary School will replace an existing school on the same site in the heart of Lake Oswego. The site is approximately six (6) acres in the Forest Hills neighborhood. The scope of work includes a new building and associated site improvements. The new building will total approximately 71,000 SF, with two-story and single-story components. The footprint of the building is expected to be approximately 45,000 SF.
Schedule:
Construction Start Date: 9/7/2026
Substantial Completion Date: 4/14/2028
RFI’s Due: 6/26/2026 by 4pm
