SUBCONTRACTOR DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (FLYER)

The Fortis Impact+ Subcontractor Development Program is a 6-week series of classes for
small subcontractors on the core fundamentals of successfully managing construction
projects, how to be successful with Fortis, and how to grow their business. Our courses
are designed to provide technical assistance through all phases of a construction project
to help firms build capacity and effectively manage the work. Classes are largely
facilitated by Fortis staff and provide contractors with education and insight while
developing key relationships.
