Project Description: 72 units in 5 buildings. Buildings are 3 stories, or 3 stories with a basement. Site also contains tenants and bike storage, trash enclosure, maintenance office, and onsite parking. 115 Parking spaces (31 compact) 67 long term and 14 short term bike parking spaces.
Bid Requirements: The project is market rate, standard wage, non-prevailing wage. We have also attached our standard contract inclusions document. This project has an aspirational goal to award 20% of the subcontracts to Minority, Women, Emerging and Service-Disabled Veteran subcontractors.
