Description
Pence Contractors is looking to onboard an elevator vendor for the Happy Valley Community and Recreation Center project in Happy Valley, OR. This new 2-story facility will be approximately 67,000 sq feet. Pence is accepting bids only for the elevator scope of work. All other scopes of work will be bid out at a future date. Documents are currently at 100% Design Development stage with an anticipated construction start of Spring 2026.
