On behalf of Related NW and the Housing Authority of Clackamas County, the project owner, Walsh Construction Co./OR is issuing a Request for Bids from qualified subcontractors for the new construction of Hillside Park Phase 2 – Blocks D&E and their site work, also referred to as Hillside Phase 2 (HSP2).
