Project Description:
The project includes selective interior renovations, construction of a new cafeteria and kitchen addition with associated site improvements, ADA and restroom upgrades, new lighting and low-voltage systems, new fire sprinkler and HVAC systems, a new roof, and other selective site enhancements.
Scopes Available:
- Plumbing (Design-Assist)
- HVAC (Design-Assist)
- Electrical & Low Voltage (Design-Assist, except Fire Alarm is Design-Build)
- Fire Sprinkler (Design-Build)
NOTE: NO OTHER SCOPES OF WORK ARE AVAILABLE TO BID AT THIS TIME
