Description
Pence Contractors is requesting bids for Lone Fir Memorial at Block 14 project in Portland, OR. Metro (Client) is creating a memorial at the Chinese section of the historic Lone Fir Cemetery. This project includes, but is not limited to, installing an open-air pavilion with memorial features, seating, memorial walls, interpretive panels, and a raised walkway to a traditional altar area. Scopes of work include excavation, concrete, masonry, electrical, and exterior improvements, among others.
This project is PREVAILING WAGE, BOLI requirements dated October 5, 2025.
