PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Pence Contractors is requesting proposals for the Molalla River Middle School Replacement project in Molalla, OR. This new construction middle school will be built on the existing school grounds. The proposed two-story building will be approximately 115,000 square feet and consist of a slab on grade/slab on metal deck structure. Scopes of work will include, but are not limited to, earthwork/utilities, framing, MEP, storefronts, and site improvements.
All scopes of work are out to bid. Please see plans room for a complete list of scopes.
Pence plans to bid the following scopes as self-perform: Div. 3- Concrete and Div. 6- Non-Structural Rough Carpentry, – Div. 6 – Finish Carpentry (MDO & FRP) Div. 6 – Rough Carpentry Material Package, Div. 9 – Protection of finishes and Div. 10 – Install Accessories and will do so as a competitive bid
