For the first time in three years, NAMC-OR will host a large, in-person event when it welcomes about 300 people to its holiday
party from 5-8 p.m. Dec. 15 in the Oregon Ballroom at the Oregon Convention Center.

“It is our only fundraiser of the year and one of the times we gather with our members, partners and community members to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions we all make to the
local construction industry,” said Cinna’Mon Williams, MBA, NAMC-OR’s Business & Member Services Officer. During the sold-out event, NAMC-OR will spotlight some of the outstanding work and resiliency of three of its members. It will recognize a partner that has consistently worked to empower and uplift NAMC-OR’s members and local small businesses owned by People of Color. It also will honor one member who created a community-focused event designed to diversify the construction industry.

“The last few years have been unpredictable, exhausting and difficult, and these words are not even sufficient,” Williams said. “We’re excited to have some sense of normalcy and get back together to celebrate again.” NAMC-OR’s holiday party is being sponsored by a long list of community partners, including presenting sponsors Autodesk, TriMet, the Oregon Convention Center, and Knife River.
