Project: 333 Oak Renovation (Occupied)
Location: 333 SW Oak Street, Portland OR, 97204
On behalf of Northwest Housing Authority, the project owner, Walsh Construction Co./Oregon (WCC/OR) is issuing a Request for Bids from qualified subcontractors for the new renovation of the 333 Oak Apartments in downtown Portland.
Please provide pricing for each component that you are bidding on.
Walsh Construction encourages firms that are COBID certified to propose on the project. The goal is to achieve at least 30% participation across the project. Please note, that select scopes are available to COBID firms only.
