Section 1 GMP General Conditions references a “budget breakdown form” will you be providing this? The ‘budget breakdown form’ is referencing a line item on the bid from in Building Connected. This is a lump sum on the bid form that asks for you to include details in your proposal. Please reference Attachment F (R1) for a breakdown of items that are considered cost of work vs. generals conditions vs. fee.
At a minimum please include a breakdown in your proposal for overhead staff (Onsite PM, Super, PE, Admin), Temporary Facilities/ Equipment (trailers, printers/ equipment, office supplies), and insurance. |
