Description: Amtrak Rail Station Roof – Remove old worn out membrane and dispose of per industry standards. Replace any damaged or wet insulation and place new membrane material per MFG specifications and make waterproof. Remove existing parapet wall cap metal and reuse, if possible, contractor to take extra care to remove and reuse.
