Full Description: To replace the roof on the Prineville maintenance station. The new roof will be standing seam with concealed fasteners and mechanically locked seams. It will be installed over the existing roofing on a sub-purlin system.
VOLUNTARY PRE-BID CONFERENCE. The Oregon Department of Transportation has scheduled a pre Bid conference on Thursday February 5th, 2026, at 11:00 AM, to be held at Prineville Maintenance Station, 3571 NE 3rd, St. Prineville, OR 97754. Attendance is NOT mandatory. The purpose of the conference is to provide additional information regarding this solicitation and to answer any questions prospective Bidders may have.
Substantial completion of the Work shall be no later than July 1, 2026. Completion shall be no later than July 15, 2026.
