OSM Flooring Due 3/4 – Portland Public Schools
The solicitation documents may be obtained at the PlanetBids website, https://pbsystem.planetbids.com/portal/22555/portal-home. Firms must be registered with PlanetBids to obtain and download documents; registration is at no cost. Responses are due not later than 2 PM, March 4, 2025. There is an optional virtual pre-proposal conference on February 14, 2025.
This solicitation differs from the previous FSCP Flooring solicitation in that it aims to capture both flooring jobs more specific to our bond-related work, and to task orders that may exceed the $100,000 threshold included in the FSCP.
