Project Information
The project consists of a new six-story (4-over-2) first-year student housing facility totaling approximately 126,750 GSF. The building will provide 268 residential units and 528 student beds, with a mix of single-, double-, and triple-occupancy rooms. The site occupies approximately three-quarters of a city block bounded by SW 10th Avenue, SW Montgomery Street, SW Park Avenue, and SW Harrison Street.
The structure includes a Type I-A concrete podium at Levels 1 and 2 with four levels of Type III-A wood-frame construction above. The building will be fully sprinklered and equipped with a complete fire alarm and detection system.
