Project Overview:

Urban Forestry is seeking contractors to support tree planting and establishment services across priority neighborhoods. The project aims to plant and establish up to 3,500 trees in FY26/27. Work includes tree delivery, installation, and three years of establishment care (watering, mulching, weeding, and site maintenance). Contractors will provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment.

 

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meetings (must attend one):

  • April 20, 2026 – Virtual, 12:00–1:00 PM
  • April 22, 2026 – In‑Person, 10:30–11:30 AM (The Portland Building, Room 100)
  • April 28, 2026 – Virtual, 10:00–11:00 AM

 

Optional Field Visit:

April 23, 2026, 10:00–11:00 AM (Tamarack Apartments, 4039 N Alaska St)

Project Overview:

Urban Forestry is seeking nursery partners to grow and supply up to 10,000 high-quality trees annually from 2026 through early 2031. This work supports multiple planting programs and helps ensure long-term availability of climate-resilient, diverse, and healthy tree stock. Nurseries of various sizes are encouraged to apply.

 

Optional Virtual Pre-Proposal Meetings:
