Home First Development /Green Light Development has partnered with Rubitone Development Services (RDS) and NAMC Oregon to increase subcontractor awards to MWESB contractors on its multifamily housing developments. The partnership will include the following support.
1. Timely announcements of upcoming bid opportunities.
2. Pre bid and technical workshop for subcontractors to learn information about the projects, ask questions, with the support of NAMC-Oregon.
3. Bid technical assistance for subcontractors from the NAMC-Oregon team during bidding and construction.
