PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Pence Contractors is requesting RFP responses for Design/Assist Mechanical and Electrical for the Sunset High School Mechanical Replacement project in Beaverton, OR. This project consists of upgrading or replacing many of the existing mechanical systems that have exceeded their expected useful life. Please refer to the Proposed Facility Improvements Document (Exhibit A) in the plans room for a detailed narrative.
There is a MANDATORY Job Site Walk on Friday, October 10, 2025, at 9AM. Please gather at the Main Entrance to the school. Onsite contacts will be Owen Blakesley (971-707-2576) and Jerry Korsmo (971-464-6951)
