Sunset High School HVAC Replacement – 2026
13840 NW Cornell Rd, Portland, OR
Bids Due: 2PM PST Thursday 4/16/2026
Project Description: Addition of roof and ground mounted condensing units and interior unit ventilators providing classroom AC. Structural enhancements and interior patch/repair will be necessary.
The scopes of work include, but not limited to:
- Demolition
- Abatement
- Concrete
- Masonry
- Steel
- Rough Carpentry
- Roofing & Flashings
- Doors, Frames and Hardware
- Paint
- Drywall
- Fire Suppression
- Fencing

Pence Contractors intends to submit bids for: Rough Carpentry, Concrete, and Demo. All bids for these scopes of work must be sent to <SunsetHVAC@beaverton.k12.or.us> prior to the deadline.
