The Clifford Apartments project involves the complete renovation of an existing four-story building with a basement. The scope includes a full seismic upgrade, complete replacement of all MEPFS, and extensive interior finish upgrades throughout. The building includes 88 existing residential units, along with community spaces, support offices, and dedicated storage areas, all of which will be modernized to meet current standards while respecting the building’s historic character.
