Bids are due 5/2/2025 at 11 AM.
ODOT is seeking (1) certified ESB contractor to perform the expansion of existing conference room by removing room divider partition and associated work including demolition of existing wall and in wall electrical, wall patching, flooring patch, rough framing, painting, ceiling grid framing, and work as shown on Plans. Also see Attachment A, Exhibits 1 and 2 (Technical Specifications and Plans) for additional Project information.
Of note – Attendance at a mandatory pre-quote conference is required. The pre-quote conference is Monday April 28, 2025 at 10:00 am. Location: 3313 Bret Clodfelter Way #D, The Dalles, OR 97058
