Home First Development is serving as the developer, with Beaudin Construction as the general contractor for this 39-unit multifamily housing project. The development features a 4-story wood-frame building with an elevator and represents an ideal opportunity for MWESB (Minority, Women, and Emerging Small Business) participation.
Beaudin Construction is inviting subcontractors to review the project plans over the next few days. Firms are asked to submit any questions using the attached Request for Information (RFI) form by May 28th. Beaudin will forward all submitted questions to the project architect and share responses promptly with subcontractors. This is a valuable opportunity to gain clarity and address any project-specific concerns ahead of bidding.
A virtual meet-and-greet is also scheduled with the project estimator, Austin Saban, on Monday, June 2 at 1:00 PM. This session offers subcontractors the chance to connect directly with Austin, ask questions, and gather additional information prior to bid submission. An Outlook calendar invite will be sent separately.
