Trinity Academy – New Academic Building – GMP Bid Package
Description
This project involves the construction of a new two-story 16,800 sq. ft. energy-efficient commercial educational building located on a 2-acre site in Portland, OR. The site will include a new parking lot with drop-off areas, a courtyard, and landscaping. The interior will be a mixture of educational teaching spaces and administration support areas.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Sprinkler scopes have been procured in a previous bid package.
- The Phase 2 Gym is also NOT part of this project.
- This project is not subject to prevailing wage rates.
Jobsite Clarifications
- Bidder shall provide all hoisting, material handling, ladders, scaffolding, fall protection, lifts, cranes, pumps, etc. for the project as necessary to perform their complete Scope of Work.
- Todd will provide temporary fencing, toilets, water, trash bins, power, and heat for the project. Temporary power is not intended to supply Bidder’s temporary offices.
- Space for on-site storage of materials is limited and will not be allowed for any period longer than one week without prior written approval from Todd Construction.
- Bidder shall be responsible for coordinating all deliveries with Todd Construction. Vehicle parking within the boundaries of the jobsite fencing is prohibited.
