Project Overview
Portland Parks & Recreation (PP&R) is seeking service providers for tree planting and
establishment to expand the city’s urban tree canopy, focusing on underserved neighborhoods.
The initiative aims to plant up to 2,500 trees in priority areas, enhancing environmental and
public health benefits, in alignment with key city policies.
Project Scope
The work includes tree procurement, delivery, installation, and providing three years of
establishment care, such as watering, mulching, and maintenance. Contractors will be expected
to handle all labor, materials, tools, and equipment needed for the services.
