Project Description:
The Whitmarsh Apartments Renovation consists of a renovation to a historic building in downtown Portland. The works consists of removal and replacement of a structural sidewalk lid, consisting of new structural steel and concrete, full removal and replacement of the existing roof membrane, structural strengthening of the roof structure and URM parapet walls, new rooftop PV systems and HVAC units, and removal and replacement of existing lightwell windows and roofing. New sidewalk area will have a final coat of traffic coating applied to it as well.

- Division 09: Metal Stud Framing, Gypsum Assemblies, Resilient Flooring & Base, Carpet Flooring, Interior & Exterior Painting
- Division 21: Fire Suppression Systems
- Division 32: Earthwork, Asphalt Paving, Site Concrete
