Description
The work consists of constructing approximately 877 linear feet of asphalt paved trail, construction of approximately 516 linear feet (approx. 1697 Face Feet) of retaining wall, construction of approximately 734 linear feet of handrail, construction of approximately 690 linear feet of 6’ black vinyl chain link fence, construction of approximately 202 linear feet of 5’ galvanized chain link fence, installation of French drain along pathway, tree removal, and landscaping. Landscaping work will include native tree and shrub plantings and native restoration seed mix adjacent to the trail, the installation of a temporary irrigation system, and some native sapling planting on a nearby site.
