Description
Colas Construction Inc. would like to request Final Bids for Williams + Russell Homeownership project. Contracts will be awarded off of these proposals.
The homeownership project is comprised of (20) homes including private outdoor places split between (2) buildings. (4) Homes will include an accessory dwelling unit. The project is located on a .71 acre lot on N Knott St. between N Vancouver St. and N Williams St.
The MEPF on this project is design-build, and has been awarded. All other scopes have not been awarded.
Project Info
– Bids are due May 14th, 2025
– Start Date: September 1, 2025
– Duration: 12 Mos
– Wages: Prevailing Wages – Higher of BOLI or Davis Bacon (See wage rates folder)
– DMWESB, COBID, BIPOC participation encouraged – goal of 30%.
