New ICR Education Series for Consultants
The ODOT Procurement Office is excited to introduce a new training series designed specifically for consulting firms to better understand the Indirect Cost Rate (ICR) process when contracting with ODOT.
The ICR Education Series includes eight concise, easy-to-follow modules that explain:
- The purpose of tracking and reviewing actual cost data
- How to develop an indirect cost rate
- Key compliance requirements once under contract
