Description
Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC, serving as the Progressive Design Builder for the PCC CLIMB Center Renovation project is soliciting proposals from qualified Final Cleaning, Selective Demolition, Partitions & Ceilings, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Glass & Glazing, Millwork & Casework, Painting & Wall Covering, Flooring & Tile, Toilet Partitions & Accessories, Misc. Specialties, Window Treatment, Signage, Final Construction Clean Subcontractors for the construction and renovation of PCC CLIMB Center in Portland, Oregon. Terms and conditions of the proposal are outlined in Lease Crutcher Lewis, LLC (CM/GC) forthcoming “Invitation to Bid” attached to and made a part of the Contract Documents.
Job Walk: May 7, 2026, at 9 am (Mandatory for Demolition, Partitions & Ceilings, Glazing, D/F/H)
Anticipated Project Start Date: June 22, 2026
Anticipated Project Completion Date: October 22, 2026
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the renovation to the third floor of the existing CLIMB building, as well as some miscellaneous upgrades to other areas, and select exterior window replacement.
