Our Partner, Gerding Builders, is the design-builder for a new affordable housing project in South Corvallis. The development includes six three-story, wood-framed buildings totaling 160 units, along with a single-story community building, a maintenance/mailroom building, and various site improvements such as a sports court and playground. The project also features public street upgrades, private drives, and parking. Currently Bidding All Scopes (excluding MEPF which has already been awarded)
